Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, members, and the general public.
• Knowledge of Symitar software for member transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and onboard new members.
• Meet or exceed deposit goals and conduct initial quality reviews on new accounts.
• Process member service requests and resolve account-related inquiries and issues.
• Process ITM disputes, wires, POA requests and IRA transactions.
• Complete end-of-day procedures and reconcile cash and checks.
