• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in banking or related field.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred but not required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with clear direction and develop a Digital Banking roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements, measures of success, and prioritized work.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations to deliver initiatives.
• Evaluate results post-implementation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong partnerships across lines of business and with vendors to ensure value delivery.
