The role combines product management with consulting, requiring strong banking knowledge, vendor awareness, and leadership to deliver client outcomes and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting or industry in Consumer/Retail Banking or related Financial Services roles (Payments, Cards, Lending, Deposits).
• Direct, working knowledge of digital banking products, services, and vendor solutions across banking journeys.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Digital Banking Product & Service Expertise across mobile, online, and self-service journeys.
• Translate product and tech concepts into practical business solutions for stakeholders.
• Assess integration with core banking, CRM, and risk platforms; consider data and governance.
