Sia, a leading global management consulting group, seeks a Manager in Charlotte to lead Consumer & Retail Banking digital transformation engagements. You will design, build, and scale digital banking experiences across mobile, web, and embedded finance for major financial institutions.

The role blends strong product management with consulting experience and deep retail banking knowledge. You’ll deliver strategic solutions, partner with clients, and guide cross-functional teams to drive adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Engineering or a related field; master’s preferred.
7+ years of relevant management consulting or industry experience in Consumer/Retail Banking.
Strong knowledge of digital banking products and vendor solutions.
Experience translating concepts for business, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements designing, building, and scaling digital banking experiences across mobile, web, and embedded finance.
Bring deep product management and consulting expertise in consumer banking deposits, payments, and customer experience.
Define digital banking product strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans with vendors and platforms.
Mentor teams, manage delivery, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
