Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting with capital markets or corporate & investment banking transformation.
• Senior-level financial services network across the U.S. with banks, broker-dealers, custodians.
• Proven track record of winning multimillion-dollar engagements.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-level clients.
• Deep expertise in capital markets and corporate & investment banking domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth by leading strategic accounts in financial services.
• Oversee end-to-end strategy and transformation programs for clients.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of managers and above.
• Grow Sia's capital markets and CIB practice across the U.S. and globally.
• Collaborate across hubs to deliver integrated, cross-border value.
