Job summary

Cape & Coast Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Manager to own and optimize consumer and business digital banking, mobile banking, and online account opening platforms. You will manage configurations, workflows, and vendor integrations while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and ensure strong customer experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/digital banking operations, with aBachelor's degree and proven project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in banking operations, digital banking admin, or related role.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and onboarding processes.
• Experience coordinating requirements and UAT, change management, and production validation.
• Experience working with core banking/integrated digital platforms preferred.
• Experience with digital banking vendors highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns consumer and business digital banking and online account opening platforms.
• Manages configurations, workflows, entitlements, disclosures, and vendor capabilities.
• Leads onboarding feature implementations, vendor releases, and integrations from requirements to deployment.
• Delivers tests, release readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Manages vendor tickets, defects, and enhancement requests; prioritizes and drives resolutions.
• Develops procedures, test plans, and user documentation for digital initiatives.
• Coordinates UAT, regression tests, and production validation with stakeholders.
• Monitors performance metrics like enrollment, utilization, and conversion.
• Identifies root causes and implements sustainable improvements to reduce friction.
• Maintains procedures, configuration records, release notes, and audit evidence.
• Coordinates audits, risk assessments, and compliance requests for digital platforms.
• Manages day-to-day vendor relationships (Segmint, Savvy Money, etc.).
• Partners with leadership to translate roadmaps into executable requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Serves as SME and escalation resource for digital banking and onboarding.
