Border Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Specialist to join our team. This role supports online and mobile banking, treasury management, and payments, delivering daily system support and troubleshooting to ensure secure digital services for customers and staff.

Based at any Border Bank location in Fargo, ND or other listed towns, you will collaborate across branches, IT, and operations, maintain documentation, assist with onboarding of TM and ACH activities, and help improve processes and

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent specialized training.
• Prefer 1-3 years of experience in bank operations, digital banking, debit card services, customer support, treasury support, or related financial services operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily support for online and mobile banking channels.
• Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform quality review for digital banking systems.
• Assist with digital wallet, debit card services, and TM onboarding.
• Serve as SME to branches and support teams for digital banking questions.
• Document issues, resolutions, and audit-related requests.
• Support testing, training, and post-launch issue resolution for new digital banking initiatives.
• Assist Treasury Management with onboarding, ACH origination, and wire templates.
