Job summary

Halleen Kia Group in North Olmsted, OH seeks a Business Development Coordinator to serve as the link between buyers and their future vehicle. You will handle calls, internet inquiries, and scheduling while learning about our vehicles and financing options.

The in-house training team supports success through online and in-store programs. You will work with a dynamic team, follow scripts, and utilize CRM daily to manage leads and appointments; growth opportunities and employee purchase plans

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and front-line roles.
• Strong team player with positive attitude.
• Prompt and courteous communication in customer interactions.
• Enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to make an appointment.
• Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships.
