Job summary

Lou Sobh Kia of Newnan is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales efforts and deliver an exceptional online buying experience. You will manage internet leads, drive appointment conversions, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize showroom traffic and vehicle sales.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive sales with internet sales leadership, strong CRM knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, with internet sales management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and digital sales processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a successful sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from dealership websites, third-party lead providers, social media, and other digital sources.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Convert online leads into scheduled showroom appointments and vehicle sales.
• Monitor lead response times and ensure all customer communications meet dealership standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate the internet sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, appointment ratios, and closing percentages.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay current on inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing options, and competitor offerings.
• Deliver a seamless, transparent, and professional customer experience from initial inquiry through delivery.
