The right candidate will drive speed-to-lead, maintain CRM discipline, coach the internet team, and partner with the sales group to convert digital opportunities into showroom visits and closed vehicles.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience required.
• Experience managing internet or BDC leads preferred.
• Proven ability to set and close appointments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent phone, text, and email etiquette.
• Highly organized with follow-up and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital lead platforms.
• Competitive, self-motivated, goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to coach and hold others accountable.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer satisfaction focus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to internet, website, third-party, phone, and digital sales leads.
• Ensure prompt, professional, personalized responses to inquiries.
• Maintain high speed-to-lead and consistent follow-up throughout the buying journey.
• Monitor CRM activity, records, tasks, appointments, and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely communication with internet customers.
• Set quality appointments and monitor show rates and closing performance.
• Communicate vehicle pricing, incentives, financing, trade-ins, and product details.
• Develop phone, text, email, and video strategies to engage customers.
• Track lead sources and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow up with unsold prospects and past customers to generate more sales.
• Train and motivate the team on digital lead handling and best practices.
