Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in a professional services firm in technology or management consulting.
• Minimum 7 years digital assets experience leading FS client engagements or workstreams.
• Experience designing or assessing operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks in regulated FS.

Responsibilities

• Industry experience in digital asset adoption, ecosystem, and regulation across financial services.
• Demonstrated business and technology expertise with digital assets (stablecoins, tokenized assets, crypto).
• Support digital assets transformation programs including strategy, operating model changes, and tech implementations.
• Manage projects end-to-end from client buy-in to budgeting and execution.
• Build reputation as an industry thought leader and trusted advisor for C-suite clients.
