Qualifications

• 10+ years in a tech or management consulting firm with engagement management and business development.
• 7+ years of digital assets experience leading FS client engagements.
• Designed or assessed operating models, governance, or risk & control frameworks in regulated financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital assets transformation programs, including strategy and operating model changes.
• Define and implement digital asset custody solutions or sub-custody models.
• Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and map to business value.
• Lead engagements across client buy-in, planning, budgeting and execution; manage teams and stakeholders.
• Drive business development to originate new client opportunities; build trusted advisor relationships.
