• Minimum of 10 years in a professional services firm with engagement management.
• Minimum of 7 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus points for transformation strategy or operating model design in digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital assets transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Define and implement digital asset custody or sub-custody solutions.
• Assess use cases in regulated financial institutions and map to business value.
• Drive business development and originate new client opportunities.
• Manage projects from client buy‑in to budgeting and delivery.
• Develop next‑generation digital assets offerings.
