Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional services or consulting experience with engagement management and business development.
• 5+ years of digital assets experience in banking or capital markets contexts.
• Experience designing operating models, governance, or risk frameworks in regulated finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs integrating strategy, technology, and operations.
• Manage client engagements from planning to execution and delivery.
• Support development of digital assets offerings and client opportunities.
