Job summary

G-III Apparel Group in New York City is seeking a Digital Assets Associate to join our wholesale Sales team. You will support digital product launches, seasonal market execution, and divisional initiatives while coordinating with Sales, Production, and our internal Photography Studio.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about automation, AI, and improving digital content workflows to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years in Digital Assets, Digital Content, Sales Operations, eCommerce, Wholesale, Merchandising, or related field.
• Experience managing product content, digital assets, product imagery, or retailer-facing product information.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales team and internal Photography Studio to coordinate digital asset needs and product photography.
• Coordinate monthly product photography to support retailer launch schedules and business deadlines.
• Manage photography timelines, shot lists, sample tracking, and digital asset delivery schedules.
• Create, manage, and maintain product copy, descriptions, specifications, attributes, and other digital product information.
• Ensure product content and imagery are accurate, complete, and consistent with brand and retailer requirements.
• Support successful product launches across retailer and wholesale customer platforms by ensuring required digital assets and product information are delivered on time.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of seasonal markets, including the creation and maintenance of line sheets and supporting sales materials.
