Qualifications

• 4+ years of portfolio management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with digital assets (blockchain, Bitcoin, crypto) preferred.
• Knowledge of banking deposits, loans, treasury and commercial products.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Credit analysis training completed and familiarity with loan structuring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, underwriting, and coordinate onboarding of digital asset business deposits.
• Interface with clients in-person, by phone and email to assess credit needs.
• Gather information for financing requests and present to senior management or Loan Committee.
• Coordinate processing of approved loans and ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage portfolio needs.
