Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets to support day-to-day institutional client transactions with careful risk management and attention to detail. You will review, verify, and process client directions while collaborating closely with Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in financial services or digital assets, a foundation in AML requirements, and comfort navigating Salesforce, Jira, and Looker.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in financial services and/or digital assets.
• Familiarity with monetary regulations (AML) and institutional client operations.
• Ability to collaborate across Client Experience, Sales, Compliance and Product.

Responsibilities

• Review client transactions and instructions in a timely, risk-conscious manner.
• Support day-to-day custody operations and client onboarding.
• Participate in on-call rotations and cross-functional process improvements.
