Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support Product Launch and Digital Asset Operations. You will coordinate work across teams, maintain project and operational trackers, organize documentation, and follow up on key deliverables to keep programs on track.

You will support project plans, readiness checklists, action item trackers, meeting materials, and status updates; work closely with Product Launch and DA Ops leads to gather updates; and participate in process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Foundational understanding of financial services or asset management.
• Interest in digital assets and blockchain products; direct digital assets experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work for Product Launch and DA Ops functions.
• Maintain project and operational tracking, organize documentation, and follow up on deliverables.
• Support project plans, readiness checklists, action item trackers, and status updates.
• Collaborate with Product Launch leads, DA Ops leads, and partner teams to gather updates and ensure accuracy.
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness items for Product Launch.
• Support SLA tracking, training materials, service catalog updates, and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement to reduce administrative friction.
