Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Asset Analyst to support management and optimization of product digital content across eCommerce platforms. You will collaborate with suppliers, merchants, and internal stakeholders to improve online listings with high-quality assets and drive sales.

This role includes reviewing and maintaining images and digital content, guiding suppliers through portals, and ensuring assets meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product pages during web walks and identify opportunities to improve content quality, including product images, alternate images, lifestyle images, descriptions, bullet points, and other digital representations.
• Ensure digital assets meet established quality and content standards.
• Work with suppliers to facilitate the submission of new and updated digital assets.
• Monitor supplier portal submissions and validate asset completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional teams to improve product content availability and customer experience.
• Maintain digital asset records within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

We are seeking a Digital Asset Analyst to support the management and optimization of product digital content across eCommerce platforms. This role will work closely with suppliers, merchants, and internal stakeholders to ensure product listings are enhanced with high-quality digital assets that improve the online customer experience and drive sales.

The Digital Asset Analyst will help facilitate the collection, review, and maintenance of product images and digital content while enabling suppliers to manage and submit assets through designated supplier portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage digital assets associated with online product listings.
• Support merchants by reducing the administrative burden of collecting and maintaining supplier-provided digital content.
• Evaluate product pages during "web walks" and identify opportunities to improve content quality, including:
  • Product images
  • Alternate images
  • Lifestyle images
  • Product descriptions
  • Bullet point content
  • Other digital representations of products
• Ensure digital assets meet established quality and content standards.
• Work with suppliers to facilitate the submission of new and updated digital assets.
• Monitor supplier portal submissions and validate asset completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional teams to improve product content availability and customer experience.
• Maintain digital asset records within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product content management, merchandising, or online retail environments.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding or supplier content submission processes.
• Experience evaluating digital content performance and customer-facing product experiences.
• Knowledge of image standards, metadata, taxonomy, and digital content governance.

Ideal Candidate

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $36.00-$45.00 an hour depending on skills and experience
