Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Digital BI & Analytics Lead to own the data foundation, BI ecosystem, and performance framework for the Digital team. This role blends hands-on data engineering with analytics leadership to deliver trusted insights across revenue, customer behavior, and profitability.

Based onsite at our Edina, MN headquarters, this role focuses on building scalable pipelines, defining KPIs, and guiding strategic analytics, experimentation, and governance to fuel profitable digital growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Progressive experience in data engineering, BI, analytics engineering, or digital analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable digital performance based data pipelines and semantic models across multiple sources.
• Translate business needs into production-ready reporting assets and reliable data models with documentation, monitoring, and quality standards.
• Automate manual reporting and strengthen data architecture, lineage, and change management.
