EVEREVE is seeking a Digital Operations & AI Lead to own the AI-enabled product data strategy across its digital commerce ecosystem. You will ensure item data is accurate, governed, scalable, and ready for automation, search, and lifecycle management, leading two specialists and partnering with merchandising, marketing, technology, stores, and analytics teams.

You will drive governance, publishing readiness, promotions, and fulfillment guidance while defining metrics and improving AI-ready

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, product data, or related field.
• Experience leading people and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of product data governance, taxonomy, and publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled operations, automation, and data readiness for analytics.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms; knowledge of PIM/MDM is a plus.

• Own AI-enabled product data strategy and ensure data is structured, governed, and scalable.
• Translate business needs into data requirements, standards, and workflows.
• Oversee catalog readiness, lifecycle, and publishing across digital channels.
