Job summary

EVEREVE in Edina, MN is seeking a Digital Lead, App & Partner Capabilities to own the retail app end-to-end across desktop, mobile web, and apps, driving personalization and omnichannel value. You will optimize the app journey, manage partners like Shopify and other providers, and lead an experimentation roadmap to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital product management or related retail tech roles.
• Experience managing digital customer journeys across ecommerce and apps.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, analytics, and optimization.
• Experience with technology partners and third-party tools is preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear roadmaps and launch plans.
• Strong business case development, data interpretation, and cross-functional communication.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the EVEREVE retail app end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and performance.
• Optimize app customer journeys, navigation, product listing, and post-purchase experiences.
• Lead collaboration with app platform hosts and partners for priorities, QA, and releases.
• Build and manage the app experimentation roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Use data to improve engagement, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to enhance personalization and shopping support.
