Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Digital BI & Analytics Lead to own the data foundation and BI ecosystem for the Digital team. You will blend hands-on data engineering with analytics leadership to deliver trusted insights across digital revenue, customer behavior, platform performance, and profitability.

You will design scalable data pipelines, govern KPI frameworks, and support AI-enabled analytics to drive profitable digital growth from the Edina, MN headquarters. This role is onsite and not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL-based data pipelines and governance.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable digital data pipelines and semantic models.
• Define and govern KPIs and dashboards for Digital performance.
• Develop analytical frameworks and models for forecasting and planning.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
