Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across SEM, social, and programmatic channels. You will work with 80+ retail stores and multiple brands to attract and convert home buyers across North America.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing-related degree and 3+ years in digital advertising, with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or paid media management.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and similar tools.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in multi-store, multi-market retail organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across SEM, social, and programmatic channels.
• Coordinate with 75+ stores across multiple brands to align campaigns.
• Monitor budgets and ROAS to maximize performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics and generate actionable performance reports.
• Perform A/B tests and optimization to improve targeting and messaging.
