Job summary

Champion Retail Group, a Division of Champion Home Builders, Inc., is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Digital Advertising Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and other channels.

You will collaborate with creative, content, and management teams to develop compelling ad creatives, monitor performance, optimize budgets for ROAS, and drive lead generation and sales growth across 75+ retail stores.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital advertising or paid media management.
• Proficiency with major ad platforms (GA4, Google Ads, GTM, Meta Ads Manager).
• Experience in analytics reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, social, and programmatic channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media with business goals.
• Monitor budgets and ROAS, adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and test new formats.
