Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking an Account Manager - Digital Advertising for NYC, NY. This on-site role requires 5+ years in digital advertising sales within an account management function, a bachelor’s degree, and strong programmatic knowledge.

You will handle RFPs, media planning, and post-sale campaign insights for high-profile clients. Collaborate across Sales and Marketing to drive upsell opportunities, lead campaign kick-offs, and ensure timely delivery with exceptional client

Qualifications

5+ years in an organization supporting Advertising Sales specifically in Account Management.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Direct client experience with presentation capabilities.
Deep understanding of digital advertising and programmatic landscape.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Sales for seamless account support (RFPs, media planning, post-sale follow-up).
Serve as lead contact for day-to-day client communication and issue resolution.
Lead campaign kick-offs, manage launch timelines, and report on campaign performance.
Inform internal teams about campaigns, requirements, and KPI guidance.
Maintain knowledge of the Ads platform to drive upsell opportunities.
