NBCUniversal in Universal City, CA is seeking an Associate, Account Management to support digital retail accounts and drive Film and TV revenue across digital partners. You will work with sales, marketing, operations, BI, and other teams to execute commercial initiatives and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in media, entertainment, digital commerce, account management, sales, analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for account partners with proactive, detail-oriented communication.
• Help drive account performance across new releases, catalog, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables, identifying risks and driving timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business and retailer priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key account partners and understand their priorities.
