Job summary

Oregon State University''s University Information Technology (UIT) is seeking a Digital Accessibility & Risk Analyst in Corvallis. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month professional faculty position with starting salary commensurate with skills and experience.

The Analyst will manage vendor accessibility documentation (VPATs/ACRs), coordinate HECVAT submissions with OIS, and track accessibility-related tickets and reports to support procurement and governance across UIT and partner offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative and process steward for vendor accessibility documentation (VPATs/ACRs) and HECVAT submissions.
• Coordinate vendor-risk intake and institutional reporting across UIT Digital Experience, OIS, Procurement, Payment and Travel, and IT service management functions.
• Track, route, and respond to accessibility-related tickets and barrier reports within service timelines.
• Provide visibility into intake workflows and ticket responsiveness to support accessibility and vendor-risk processes.
