Job summary

The First Church of Christ, Scientist is seeking a Digital Access and Subscription Platforms Manager in Boston to lead end-to-end delivery of features for digital and print products. You will optimize access, account management, and subscription experiences across OMS and fulfillment platforms, collaborating with CSPS, OPA, and external vendors.

You will define requirements, manage a platform roadmap, and drive KPI-focused improvements, including SSO, entitlements, and cross-product experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Product and Systems Operations or Customer Experience a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in product operations, product management, or platform operations in digital and print publishing, media, subscription services, or digital content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with external fulfillment vendors to configure products, offers, bundles, trials, pricing, and entitlements in the OMS.
• Partner with Product Managers, OCIO, PDSG, and other stakeholders to define requirements, document user stories, optimize order flows and account management experiences.
• Develop and maintain the platform roadmap balancing priorities, customer value, feasibility, and vendor capabilities.
• Track KPIs and conduct experiments to improve customer experience and platform performance.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences across channels, product lines, and account types.
