Job summary

The First Church of Christ, Scientist is seeking a Web Team Lead to supervise the Web Team and ensure timely, accurate online publishing of JSH content across platforms such as JSH Online and CSPS sections. You will work with the JSH Sr.

and Associate Product Managers and Web Production Specialists to extend and promote CSPS publications. Responsibilities include coordinating production processes, site QC, and feature development, while collaborating with editorial, design, and marketing groups

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two to five years of related professional experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish all JSH online content across platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee Web Production Specialists and maintain publishing standards.
• Coordinate with editorial and product teams on web content and features.
• Test site functionality across browsers and devices before launches.
• Develop and execute production workflows to improve efficiency.
