Job summary

Description:Data Collection: Unit Information:Number of Beds - outpatientType of staff:Day Shift - Example: 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sittersNight Shift - Patient Ratios approximately 15-20 patients in clinic per day and PSC participation 4 days a week for approximately 1 hourType of equipment - computer, dynamometer, handheld stopwatch (supplied by us)EMR Teleresults/Meditech
