Qualifications

Description:Registered Dietitian role available.Highly prefer clinicians with pediatric experience.Assignment length is 13 weeks or 26 weeks based on traveler choice.Schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.Some flexibility in work hours is available.No weekends are required.First-timers are accepted with at least 2 years of experience.Certifications required include RD/RDNS.Preferred skills include pediatric experience.On-call duties are not required.Time off will be approved on an individual basis.Guaranteed hours are 72 hours every 2 weeks.The facility is an acute hospital with a Magnet designation and a Level II trauma center.Total staffed beds amount to 407.Charting system used is Epic.Interdisciplinary support and collaboration are part of the role.Preferred experience includes both adult and pediatric clinical environments.Dietitians in this position will have expertise in enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition.The role requires understanding of nutritional assessments and therapy complications.Providers will float within the hospital or to nearby facilities as needed.Travelers must be willing to work during major holidays.Candidates should look into housing options in the area.Additional modules will be required for completion before the start of the assignment.
