Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Dietitian - Registered Dietitian for an acute care hospital in Illinois. The role supports nutrition assessments, Enteral Nutrition, and Total Parenteral Nutrition throughout a 13-week assignment.

Description:The position is for a Dietitian.The daily census is approximately 165 patients.The minimum years of experience required is 1 year.First-time travelers are accepted.No weekend shifts are required.The following certifications are required: RD/RDN and an active Illinois state license.On-call work is not required for this position.Floating is not permitted within this role.The schedule is Monday to Friday.Candidates must be local with no radius restrictions.Pending licenses are accepted if active at the time of start.Time off restrictions ideally should not exceed 5 days.Candidates should note that the client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without payment for cancelled hours.In excess of this, the client will be billed for any shifts cancelled.If candidates are placed on-call instead of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special requirements include preferred experience in Adult Outpatient/Clinic settings.Experience with Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments and Protein Calorie Malnutrition is necessary.Additionally, experience with Enteral Nutrition and Total Parenteral Nutrition is required.The work setting is an acute care hospital.The facility is a Level II trauma center with a total of 372 staffed beds.Charting is completed using Cerner.Experience in hospital settings is necessary.Allied clinicians must complete required modules before starting.The first day of the assignment involves virtual orientation.It is essential to complete all assigned modules by the specified deadline.Submissions should include all required certifications based on the job description.Background check findings must be disclosed prior to final approval.
