Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a licensed Dietitian to lead inpatient nutritional care. You will plan and coordinate nutrition services, educate staff, and help establish food safety policies to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Job description

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026.

Position Summary:

Plans, directs, and coordinates nutritional services and care for inpatients;establishespolicies and procedures forpatient nutritional care; supports Food Services and Nursing Departments with educationregardingpatient nutritionalcare; assistsinestablishingofpolicies and procedures for food safety/sanitation, preparation, distribution.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Dietitian with the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American RedCross. Online certification is not acceptable.

Knowledge,Skillsand Ability Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, including familiarity with methods of teaching, principles of education, andnutritional requirements of individuals of varying ages and degrees of health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, timemanagementand prioritization skills.

• Detail-oriented, able to meet stricttime frames.
