Job summary

DHR Behavioral is accepting applications for a part-time Dietitian. The Clinical Dietitian will oversee nutrition care, perform nutritional assessments, and manage therapeutic diets and supplements for patients in care.

You will educate patients and families and participate in rounds, while maintaining clinical nutrition policies. We offer flexible schedules, strong earning potential, advancement opportunities, and a robust training program in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the CDR is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area.
• 1–2 years of clinical care in an acute care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nutrition care of patients, performing nutritional assessments.
• Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements.
• Provide nutritional education to patients and/or families.
• Attend patient rounds and maintain clinical nutrition policies.
