Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian for our Benedictine New Brighton location. You will assess nutritional needs, intervene to maintain status, and enhance residents' quality of life according to goals, in an onsite, non-exempt role paid hourly.

You will educate patients, follow practice standards, and work with teams to improve dining services and nutrition care, while contributing to quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Registered dietitian must have passed CDR exam or eligible per Academy.
• Completes continuing education hours every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach nutrition to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to care teams and educate patients.
• Follow standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures related to dining and nutrition.
• Actively participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
