Healthcare Services Group, Inc is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services in a long-term care facility. This role emphasizes evidence-based care, CMS/state compliance, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across multiple buildings.

Ideal candidates will be registered, licensed, and able to adapt to various locations with a commitment to resident care, education, and safety protocols, including vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current licensure in practice state.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
• RD-eligibility and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents'/patients' clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
