Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents and document plans in the EMR while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will provide nutrition education, ensure regulatory compliance, and adapt plans based on weight trends, labs, and comorbidities. Travel to multiple buildings may be required to meet coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with active credential (RD) and license in good standing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of nutrition care regulations and CMS/state requirements preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance as required by policy.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and document care plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
