Job summary
TouchPoint is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5–6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, lead education, and partner with hospital teams to improve patient outcomes in swing-bed and outpatient settings.
The role requires a Registered Dietitian with Indiana license and typically 2 years of healthcare experience. Education reimbursement, relocation assistance, and professional development opportunities are available within the Compass Group
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with Indiana license.
- At least 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- Clinical nutrition and patient education experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education.
- Collaborate with hospital teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Apply evidence-based practice within diet manual and facility protocols.
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with food service management to support patient satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
