Job summary

Excel Care Wilmington is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team and support residents with personalized nutrition plans in a geriatric care setting. You will collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to promote health, wellness, and quality of life on-site in Wilmington, DE.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care nutrition management.
• At least 1 year in a long-term care setting.
• Familiar with DOH/state and federal nutrition regulations.
• Experience with MDS 3.0.
• On-site work requirement.
• Comfort with enteral nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments.
• Participate in care planning meetings as required.
