Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Parksburg, WV is seeking a part-time consultant dietitian to support our long-term care community, 16 hours per week. You will conduct clinical nutrition assessments and document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.

This role offers a flexible schedule, mileage pay, and meaningful work helping residents maintain health through evidence-based dietary care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered dietitian with CDR credentials.
• Dietetic licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using Nutrition Care Process in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF as needed.
• Provide wound and weight-change recommendations.
