Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Parkersburg, WV, for 16 hours per week. This role offers a flexible schedule and mileage pay.

The consultant will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care plan team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed dietitian with CDR credential.
• Must hold or be eligible for dietitian licensure.
• Demonstrates client-centered approach and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
