Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC, in Lewisburg, West Virginia, seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team for 16–32 hours per week at a long-term care site. Flexible schedule, excellent pay, and mileage reimbursement are available.

As part of the care team, you will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate on care plans, and contribute to wound and weight-change management.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure is required.
• Positive attitude is essential.
• Client-centered approach is expected.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments for residents.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K documentation.
• Calculate TF as part of nutrition care.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
