Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Moundsville, WV for 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling and mileage pay may be available. The role involves completing clinical nutrition assessments and documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in our EMR, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care plan team.

Responsibilities include completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and significant weight

Competenze

• CDR credentialing is required.
• Dietetic licensure is required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach are essential.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Mansioni
