Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a part-time role serving our long-term care community in Richmond, WV. The position offers 16 hours per week with flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include completing nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborating with the care plan team, including MDS - Section K and weight-change recommendations.
