UW Medical Center-Montlake in Seattle is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an inpatient hospital setting. You will design evidence-based nutrition care plans for high-acuity patients and collaborate with the care team to monitor progress.
You will document patient progress in the EMR and provide nutrition education, including diet prescriptions, tube feeding and TPN, while considering cultural needs and learning readiness.

This position will require the advanced understanding of the specific nutrition needs for surgical patients (gastric bypass, otolaryngology, cardiothoracic, GI surgeries); oncology. cardiology, and BMT patients; solid organ transplant recipients; dialysis patients as well as those patients admitted to the General Medicine Services.
