Qualifications

## Registered DietitianApplyremote type: No Teleworklocations: Seattle, WAtime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ-0000134142**Job Description****UW Medical Center-Montlake- Food and Nutrition Services** has an outstanding opportunity for apart time **Dietitian - Inpatient Oncology.** **WORK SCHEDULE*** Part-time (80% or 32 hours/week)* Day shift**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS*** Assess patient nutritional status and needs, develops and implements nutritional care plans, and evaluates and reports those results appropriately* Provide clinical dietitian services and/or nutrition education services in an inpatient setting**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Evaluates patients’ diet, nutritional needs, and lifestyle.* Develops comprehensive nutritional care plans to promote disease prevention and treatment for assigned patients; initiates consultation with members of the health care team (including physicians), when indicated.* Documents care plan, results, and services provided.* Participates with health care team on clinical rounds and patient care conferences.* Educates inpatients on nutrition and diet.
