Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Anderson, SC for 24 hours per week. This HYBRID opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay and potential drive-time pay.

The role focuses on clinical nutrition assessments, EMR documentation, and collaborative care planning within a long-term care setting. Qualified candidates are credentialed by the CDR, licensed as a Dietitian, and possess excellent communication, client-centered care, and team

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR and licensed as a Dietitian in the state.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care approach.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
