Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a consultant dietitian for a 24-hour/week role serving our long-term care community. You will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.

Additional duties include completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making wound and weight-change recommendations. CDR credentialing and Virginia licensure are required.
