Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and related equipment. Cleans dishes, trays, service ware, pots and pans using appropriate sanitizing process
• Organizes pots, pans, dishes, servicewares, and places in appropriate location. Breaks down, cleans, and reassembles dish machine equipment
• Pick up soiled trays and serviceware from patient units as needed. Assists in food preparation and line service as needed
• Operate and routinely cleans / sanitizes kitchen equipment. Completes required documentation for quality improvement (including temperature documentation)
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
